My approach includes thoughtful medication management, holistic care, and brief psychotherapy. As part of a holistic view, we examine nutrition, exercise, and sleep in helping clients maximize mental wellness.

Working together, we can work to overcome depression, anxiety, eating disorders, insomnia, obsessive/compulsive disorders, bipolar and more. Once we complete our first session, you can anticipate feeling empowered with specific tasks to accomplish before our next follow-up meeting. There are no simple answers, but together, with dedication, we can find solutions and improve your life.
During our scheduled 75-minute session, we will accomplish a lot. Firstly, we will take the time to get to know each other better, assess your challenges, and collaboratively create a plan that meets your needs.
