Initial Evaluation

During our scheduled 75-minute session, we will accomplish a lot. Firstly, we will take the time to get to know each other better, and collaboratively create a plan that meets your needs. Before the appointment, you will be required to complete some intake paperwork, questionnaires, and other relevant screening tools. My objective is to be fully prepared with actionable steps from the outset. Once we complete the session, you can anticipate feeling empowered with specific tasks to accomplish before our next follow-up meeting.

Follow Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments typically range from 25 to 50 minutes. Within this timeframe, we will evaluate our existing plan, make changes if necessary, and continue to work towards achieving your objectives. You will be expected to come prepared with completed action items and an eagerness to engage in a collaborative discussion. During our session, we will assess what is currently working, what isn’t, and determine our next steps. Additional screenings, labs, or testing services may be required depending on our objectives. To achieve our goals, our follow-up appointments may entail therapy, medication management and nutrition & exercise counseling.
